Inked Asses

Here, I added some sick colors like the execs love.

Mitch inked these Little Asses for fun and he did a swell job.

He also did these.

Here's how he did it:

Great stuff. Is that Old wrinkledy cock? And Bjork? Cool.

Heej John,

Thanks for posting my inks. Great to ink them, I only wished I could draw as awesome like you do.

Some excellent inking here ^^

I'm really liking your Ass concept. Very cute and appealing characters with big baby eyes and huge feet - makes the terrible secret of their magic hillarious! Hope to see more :)

Ever consider using After Effects rather than flash?

Old Wrinkly Cock strikes again!

Too be fair, your use of the colors you hate so much doesn't look terrible. I guess there are hints of grey in these limes and purples. In which case, you've done good in the use of these colors not blinding hardcore color theorists.

Come on, admit it.

You stole those colors from the metrosexual-based Windows Vista and Windows 7 desktop themes.

The title of the blog made me a little suspicious. Regardless great inking.

Why network executives don't want to air this stuff is beyond me. By comparison to all the other programs airing these days, this is a breath of fresh air.

Laughing my ass off! [And *I* am just a clay horse..:)]

BTW He-Sick Sailor is right that why this isn't aired by networks is beyond him, and us, but not because of imagination, but because of LACK THEREOF! This is a parody of My Little Ponies!!!:)LOL

These look cool!

Oh, btw - this may be a rumor, but apparently there's a animated mocap version of Popeye in the works.

Great work John. I'm sure you get this on a daily basis, (and I've told you something similar on your animation school blog) but you are my true hero. Your work has changed my life and inspired me to dedicate myself to the ins and outs of cartoon creation. I study everything you do and hope to work with you one of these days.

I almost think that john has been black balled from the networks or something , this stuff is awesome.
Y would they not want to make something fresh.
